RULES & CONDITIONS

DEAR GUEST,

WELCOME TO OUR RESIDENCE!

This is the guest house rules & conditions to ensure everyone's safety & comfort. We wish you a pleasant stay with us!

Check in

- Normal check in time starts at 3pm. Early check in depends on the availability.

Check out

- Checkout time is before midday - 12pm. Additional day charge may apply for late checkout.

Room keys on arrival

- During normal working hours (8am - 7:30pm) the keys will be handed over to the guest after payment and administration. Special arrangements for key collection must be made for later arrivals (after 7:30pm). 

Room keys on departure

- Please return/leave the room keys on the reception desk. Guests do not have to lock the door on departure. However, please close the door completely when leaving.

Lost key or damage to locks

- The cost for replacement of lost room keys or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of MYR 50 for lost keys and MYR 100 for lock replacement to be paid immediately.

Smoking

- Smoking is completely forbidden inside the room. A cleaning fee of MYR 200 will be charged should you smoke in the room.

- Smoking is permitted outside the room, please use the ashtrays placed on the coffee table outside.

Refunds

- There will be no refunds for early departures, for breakdowns of air conditioner, appliances, wifi etc, if said breakdown is due to weather and/or other conditions over which the residence owner has no control.

Toilets

- No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage. 

Quiet Hours

- The residence enforces QUIET HOURS for the comfort of our guests; these hours are between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM. 

- No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. 

- Shall guests plan to have party/functions/family gathering, consent is required from the residence owner in advance prior to the date of stay.

Guest Rooms

- Please do not use flammables for heating, cooking or the irons candles, etc., in the guest room.

- Cooking in the room and re-arranging furniture are not allowed.

- No visitors after 10:00 pm. Visitors are not allowed to use guests' amenities including shower, breakfast or Wi-Fi. 

Wi-Fi

- Standard Wi-Fi is provided free of charge on most areas of the residence and subject to availability  We do not guarantee that your equipment will connect in your room. Labu Labi Residence takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, Wi-Fi being unavailable due to technical issues beyond  our control; no guarantee of any sort if given that Wi-Fi will be available. Anyone using Wi-Fi does so on understanding that they will not download pornographic images of any sort, criminal or terrorist information, or material covered by copyright.

- Please note that our Standard Wi-Fi is suitable for emailing and social networking. It is not meant for streaming and downloading large media files. 

Environmental Policy

- The owners of Labu Labi Residence are dedicated to the protection of our planets resources and would encourage our guests to help us by:

* Switching off lights and air conditioner when not in use;

* Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use;

* Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels - just use what you need. 

* We thank you in advance for your comprehension and co-operation.

Your Liabilities

- We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded. 

- Please report any accidents or incidents to the residence staff in connection with any property damage.

Cancellation Policy - Terms and Conditions

- Room rate include 10% of service fee. Hence, 90% refund for 30 days prior to arrival. 10% of service fee is not refunded. 

- 50% refund up until 3 weeks prior to arrival. 

- 100% charge for no-shows. In other words, if guest do not show up on the booking date, no refund issue will be issued, as our ability to fill up vacancy in last minute will have been lost.

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spend are not refunded.
